Description

The town of Neckarsulm has a total of 16 municipal day-care centres for children. This concept was developed for the case that the lunch is managed with the Cook & Chill or Cook&Freeze system. Since many day care centres are too small to provide sufficient storage capacity, the client has developed a concept in which all day care centres can regenerate the food on site and thus ensure the shortest possible warming periods. The 4 largest kindergartens function as so-called distribution kindergartens. Here the goods are delivered and stored "centrally". The fine distribution/picking then takes place daily to the satelliteitas, depending on the system, refrigerated or deep-frozen. 8 daycare centres can be managed from the 2 distribution centres in Lot 1 if required.
