Description
The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), an international institution with responsibility of executing the 10th European Development Fund (EDF) Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS) Project is collaborating with the Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency (CAHFSA) to identify a suitable laboratory to evaluate the quality of cassava flour produced and imported in the region as a first step towards some level of standardization of the product.
A final report is to be submitted within six (6) months of commencement of the project
