Germany - Care beds for the Skills Lab of the Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin

Description

The bachelor's degree course in nursing at the Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin (ASH Berlin) is currently being set up for the winter semester 2020/2021 and is aimed both at people with no previous experience and those interested in a nursing education. The primary qualification is aimed at people without training or previous professional experience in the nursing sector. Here, state recognition as a nurse is integrated, and the course of study then concludes with the academic title Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), which is recognised throughout Europe. A Skills Lab will be set up for the practical parts of the course, for which the beds described here are needed.

a) Delivery and assembly of two intensive care beds including mattress and accessories with the following requirements:
Electrical height adjustment, electrically adjustable backrest, electrical thigh section, manually adjustable foot section, autocontour function, bed exit position, rechargeable battery, CPR emergency control on both sides, function locks on both sides of the bed, display of the lowest bed position, Backrest tilt angle indicator, One-touch exit position, Electric Trendelenburg with tilt indicator, Adjustable mattress holders, Double-sided accessory holders, 4 wall deflectors and accessory holders, 5-6 slots for fixing straps, Rounded and removable head and foot sections, Head and foot section lock foot section, central brake for all 4 castors, flat positioning and indication of lowest bed position, with bed extension and bedding tray, 250 kg safe working load, acoustic brake alarm, European plug (orange cable) 230 V, stickers in German language, night light, hand switch, brake and steering pedal at the head & foot end of the bed, moulded plastic heads, seat and lying surface flat position, central brake for the 4 castors, cable holder, Split side rails with controls, graphic user interface for nursing staff, control element for nursing staff with lock function, control element for Patient_in, including swivel patient erector, infusion stand, swivel shelf, and viscoelastic mattress with lying surface extension, outer dimensions of the beds must not exceed a width of 1.10 m, delivery to destination, at least 6 years warranty for spare parts, including assembly/disassembly
b)Delivery and assembly of two (simple) care beds including mattress and accessories with the following requirements:
Safe working load 185 kg, external dimensions approx. 100 x 210 cm, external dimensions of the beds must not exceed a width of 1.10 m, lying surface 90 x 200 cm, with bed extension, to 220 cm, height adjustment 40 cm - 80 cm via external motors, back and thigh rest and lying height adjustable by electric motor, Foot deep positioning by swivelling the lying surface, beech decor, hand switch with selective locking function, without cable (Bluetooth), including patient erector and bed grille divisible and height adjustable, including mattress and IV stand,delivery to destination, at least 6 years warranty for spare parts, including assembly/disassembly
c) One-time briefing for teachers and, if necessary, further multipliers at the first commissioning of the equipment with the option that this briefing may be recorded by the client with video and sound and used without limitation for own internal purposes in research and teaching. Optionally, please price further briefings.
d) Service/Maintenance: The contractor guarantees the functionality of the delivered and assembled goods for the 36 months following the handover. Possible damage reports can be reported via a ticket system or similar by e-mail or 24h telephone hotline, if necessary also additionally via a smartphone app, a feedback with help instructions is given within 24 hours on weekdays, if necessary an exchange or repair within 3 working days.
