Germany - Carcass work on the three existing buildings after previously completed damage

Description

Shell construction work on the three existing buildings following the previously completed remediation of pollutants and construction of an extension to a completely empty school site. The gross volume of the extension is approx. 8,940 m³.

Type and scope of service:

1. construction site equipment
- Cutting scaffolding and measurement
- Prov. securing of various openings in different designs
- Fall protection
- Creation of construction road for crane delivery 140 m²
- Creation of crane parking area 36 m²

2. special civil engineering
- Beam pile wall as shoring 139 m² visible area

3. earthworks (incl. preparation of the outside area)
- Dismantling of various fixtures in the existing buildings, partial demolition of canopy on the existing buildings
- Removal of pavements, asphalt, gravel base course, manhole covers, etc.
- Excavation of excavation pits 1,404 m³
- Securing embankments, leveling excavation pit bottoms
- Installation of well rings 1.5 - 2.0 m diameter, h= 0.5 m, 98 pieces
- Disposal of excavated soil BM-0, 245 tons
- Disposal of excavated soil BM-F2, 100 tons
- Disposal of excavated soil with prior separation of waste and contaminants, 2,821 tons
- Placement of open water retaining structures
- Creation of pipe trenches
- Backfilling of excavation pit

4. underground pipes
- Insertion of underground pipes in previously created pipe trenches, 125 m
- Installation of inspection chambers DN 400 and DN 1000, 6 pieces
- Installation of a grease separator NS 2-4 incl. ancillary services
- Installation of SW pumping station incl. accessories
- Installation of pressure pipe for lifting station, 10 m

5. concrete work
- Opening and resealing of existing floor slab for new underground pipes
- Backfilling the well rings, C 12\/15, 127 m³
- Creation of individual and strip foundations, 173.5 m³
- Construction of a shell for the extension with reinforced concrete ceilings (2,738.8 m³), columns (35.4 m), joists\/beams (131.9 m), walls (1,492 m²), stairs including all necessary ancillary services (e.g. joint swelling tape, impact sound-insulated support elements, openings)
- Insertion of reinforcement, 117.5 tons, and punching shear reinforcement (74 pieces)

6. earthing systems
- Install ring earth electrodes (450 m), equipotential bonding earth electrodes (250 m) and connection lugs (50 m)

7. sealing and insulation work
- Waterproofing the base, 321 m²
- Installation of perimeter insulation on the wall and below the floor slab, 965 m²
- Installation of a dimpled membrane, 314 m²

8. masonry work
- Demolition of existing masonry walls in the existing building, 66 m²
- Creating \/ enlarging masonry openings in the existing buildings incl. the necessary ancillary services such as dismantling existing windows
- Construction of all masonry walls of the extension, 967 m², incl. ancillary work (thermal insulation brick, wall openings, insertion of flat lintels, etc.)
