Description

The subject of the Order is: comprehensive services, i.e. service, maintenance, repairs and modernization of equipment and installations built in the Central Mill, i.e. mill circuits no. 1, 3, 4 together with installations, equipment for dust bunkers in the boiler room of boilers K-1, 3, 4/OP-1302. Names and codes concerning the subject of the Order specified in the Common Vocabulary of Public Procurement CPV: 43414100-9 - Carbon dust mills4. The Contracting Authority requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employment of persons performing the activities indicated in the Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ) accordingly.5 The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the Option Law.6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of any costs incurred by the Contractor in connection with its participation in the Procedure, including, among others, reimbursement of costs incurred for the acquisition of a qualified electronic signature.
