The Centre de services scolaires de la Beauce-Etchemin, invites professional firms to submit an offer of professional services in engineering (mechanical and electrical) for the construction of a new school in Sainte-Marie.

AVAILABLE LITERATURE
As of Monday, October 26, 2020, the tender documents will be available to any person or company on the SEAO website, notice no. 1418190.
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the call for tenders document is complete and corresponds to all the information available on SEAO for this call for tenders; i.e. plans, specifications and other tender documents.

RECEPTION AND OPENING
Submissions, in sealed envelopes identified by the return label, will be received at the Centre de services scolaires de la Beauce-Etchemin, to the attention of Ms. Marie-Pier Veilleux, secretary of the selection committee, at 2505, 10e Avenue, Saint-Georges (Québec) G5Y 5E7 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, November 26, 2020. Any submission received after that time will be automatically rejected.
Only firms that have submitted an offer of services will be analyzed by the selection committee.

RENA
Any professional who is registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA) may not submit a bid to obtain a public contract under section 21.4.1 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies.

AGREEMENTS
The service contract is subject to the CQTA (Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario), the NBQA (Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick), the CCFTA (Canadian Free Trade Agreement) and the CETA (Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement).
All offers for services shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies (R.S.Q., c. C-65.1, r4) adopted pursuant to the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (R.S.Q., c. C-65.1).
The choice of firms will be made by the Centre de services scolaires de la Beauce-Etchemin, on the recommendation of a selection committee, according to pre-established evaluation criteria.
The Centre de services scolaires de la Beauce-Etchemin does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
