Description

Soluvia Energy Services GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "SES") wishes to procure external services for telephone and written customer communication (call center, customer service center). SES works as a service provider for sales and network clients in the MVV Group (MVV Energie AG (MVV), Energieversorgung Offenbach (EVO) and Stadtwerke Kiel (SWK)). It manages approx. 1.8 million contracts with private and business customers. This tender is mainly for 1st level customer support - i.e. taking calls and processing written transactions that are not covered by the company's own customer support (total volume to be outsourced approx. 320,000 transactions/year). The focus is on telephone customer care, which can be filled with written processing. Hours of operation Mon-Fri 8 am - 8 pm, Sat 8 am - 1 pm. Normal Sunday and federal holiday schedule.
Support inbound telephone and written customer communications with a sales orientation.
