Description

as part of the project to develop the banks of the huveaune river, SOLEAM, under the project management of MAMP, will be implementing developments and structures requiring the intervention of a technical inspector to correct, at the project stage, the measures planned by the project manager to consolidate these points and, at the construction stage, to certify that the developments and structures have been carried out in accordance with these expectations. In addition, the project will run alongside (housing or industry) and use (crossing the huveaune) existing structures. To this end, it will be necessary to : - check that the existing structures to be used comply with the relevant standards in terms of solidity and durability; - ensure, by means of prior expert visits, that the private structures located alongside the road show no signs of structural weakness prior to the works.
The framework agreement with a maximum is governed by articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The maximum value of the framework agreement, including renewals, is 180,000 (excl. VAT).
