Description

The present consultation concerns the re-launch of "Lot no. 2 - transport for external outings" for the organization of school, after-school and extra-curricular transport for nursery, elementary and secondary school pupils, and for children attending leisure centers in the commune of Mandelieu-La Napoule.Lot no. 2 "Transport for external outings" was declared unsuccessful during a previous consultation in application of article R.2185-1 of the French Public Order Code. As part of the current re-launch, adjustments have been made to the maximum annual amount of the framework agreement and to the quantities in the DQE. The award procedure used is an open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2131-18, R.2132-2, R.2132-4 to R 2132-6, R.2143-1 to R.2143-2, R.2151-1 to R.2151-5, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5, R.2161-4 of the French Public Procurement Code.
this framework agreement covers extra-mural transportation for middle school, elementary school and kindergarten students, as well as students attending day-care centers.it is a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded at unit prices with a minimum and a maximum amount, setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as and when purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the framework agreement and pursuant to articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Order Code. The contractual prices are those set out in the unit price schedule and apply to the quantities actually ordered and supplied. Minimum annual amount: EUR 10,000.00 exclusive of taxMaximum annual amount: EUR 150,000.00 exclusive of taxAs an indication, the amounts of orders placed for previous periods are as follows:1st period (12/08/2019 to 11/08/2020) : 17,248, 27 EUR excl. VAT2nd period (12/08/2020 to 11/08/2021): 30,664, 39 EUR excl. VAT3rd period (12/08/2021 to 11/08/2022): 45,988, 17 EUR excl. VAT4th period (12/08/2022 to present): 21,787, 05 eur (excl.T.).
