Chile - Burs with equipment on loan to pavilion

Description

The purpose of the tender is to have contracts for the supply of "MILLS WITH EQUIPMENT ON LENDER FOR HOSPITAL WARD", which includes the delivery by the awarded supplier of 1 motorized equipment on loan which will physically remain in the CR. This equipment will physically remain in the Anesthesia and Surgical Pavilions of the Hospital and will allow the timely supply of the necessary products for the attention of the Hospital users for the years 2025 - 2027, in the circumstances that these products were not provided by the National Supply Center of the Health Services, nor are available in electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement, in the Coordinated Purchases and Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or their acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of the present bidding, nor do they exist in the property of other State agencies or shared services that allow satisfying the requirement, whose more advantageous conditions will be informed in the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Directorate, in accordance with the provisions of D. S. No. 661, of 2025-2027.S. No. 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance. The aforementioned supply contract will become effective whenever necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders sent to the awarded supplier through the platform www.mercadopublico.cl.
