Bulletproof helmet type ACH variant - high cut-out (High cut) made and equipped in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party presented in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - attachment no. 1.1 to the ToR including accessories:1) Instructions for use and maintenance of the product in Polish; 2) Bag intended for storage dedicated to the product (transport bag); 3) Warranty document (warranty card) concerning ballistic guarantee and quality guarantee - meeting the requirements described in Chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the agreement;4) guarantee document (guarantee card) of a transport bag properly dedicated to equipment, meeting the requirements described in chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the agreement;5) equipment/completion lists;6) safety data sheets or product data sheets;7) other documents required by law in accordance with the ToR. Internal bulletproof vest (camouflaged) with an emblem made and equipped in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements presented in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - Annex No. 1.2 to the ToR together with:1) Instructions for use and maintenance of the product in Polish; 2) Bag for storage dedicated to the product (transport bag); 3) Warranty document (warranty card) concerning ballistic guarantee and quality guarantee for the cover - meeting the requirements described in chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the contract;4) guarantee document (guarantee card) of a transport bag properly dedicated to equipment, meeting the requirements described in chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the agreement;5) equipment/completion lists;6) safety data sheets or product data sheets;7) other documents required by law in accordance with the ToR. Internal bulletproof vest (camouflaged) with an emblem made and equipped in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority presented in the Description of the subject of the contract (Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - attachment no. 13 to the ToR together with the emblem:1) Instructions for use and maintenance of the product in Polish; 2) Bag for storage dedicated to the product (transport bag); 3) Warranty document (warranty card) concerning ballistic guarantee and quality guarantee for the cover - meeting the requirements described in chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the contract;4) guarantee document (guarantee card) of a transport bag properly dedicated to equipment, meeting the requirements described in chapter XI of the ToR and § 7 of the agreement,5) equipment/completion lists,6) safety data sheets or product data sheets,7) other documents required by law in accordance with the ToR.
