Building project: The client plans to build a new apartment building with a basement and a total of 20 residential units on 5 floors plus a staggered storey in Hamburg. The planning area is located at Oelkersallee 9 +11, in 22769 Hamburg, district Altona-Nord, parcel 374. An excerpt from the real estate register is attached as an annex. The building to be erected is located in a gap between two apartment buildings with condominiums. Contractor's services: The contractor shall provide the closed shell construction of the above-mentioned construction project as general contractor including the construction site equipment. The Contractor shall construct and coordinate the entire building shell including the carpentry and timber construction work (roof construction) as well as roofing (including covering) and sealing work.The Contractor shall hand over the building in a weatherproof and weather-tight condition, including the delivery and installation of the windows and exterior doors.The Contractor shall provide its services in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology.This also includes the delivery of materials and building materials, as well as all relevant activities such as production, assembly, connection, provision of equipment, waste disposal and all other work that is part of the proper fulfillment of services, even if this work is not expressly mentioned.
