Description

The scope of the service includes:
1) Cleaning of external hardened surfaces and green areas in military units, institutions and facilities located in the area of responsibility of the 16th Military Economic Branch in Drawsko Pomorskie (Security Groups: Wałcz, Złocieniec, Drawsko Pomorskie) in the period from 1.1.2019 to 31.8.2021; in particular: maintenance of hardened areas, constant and ongoing maintenance of lawns and flower beds, flower beds and scales; continuous and ongoing maintenance of hedges; maintenance of fire belts around storage complexes' warehouses, maintenance of military railway sidings' cleaning.
2) Maintenance of hardened areas:
3) Daily manual or mechanical (with the use of sweepers, vacuum cleaners, etc. without the use of blowers) sweeping of pavements, roads and hardened surfaces listed in the Hardened Surfaces List.
4) Export on an ongoing basis from the premises of the operated complexes, waste created during cleaning, using own or rented by him containers.
5) Daily collection of papers and other waste.
6) Daily sweeping at entrances to buildings, removal of solid waste (sand and rubbish) from grilles and shakers.
(7) Daily cleaning of the areas around rubbish bins.
8. Removal of fallen leaves and branches (including export) from cured areas. The delivery of the harvested leaves shall take place no later than on the day following the completion of the work.
9) Removal (removal) of weeds and grasses growing on the surface of roads, squares and pavements.
10) Removal of mud, snow and ice from hardened areas in accordance with the Hardened Surface Compilation and sanding (with the use of chemicals) of communication routes for pedestrians and motor vehicles after the occurrence of snow, ice and ice, with a frequency ensuring safe movement on them.
11) Removal of ice sopli from buildings in places where passers-by are in danger.
12) Emptying solid waste baskets three times a week, placed along traffic routes and pavements, and if necessary every day.
13) Cutting self-seeding of grasses at the width of 2 m. on the border of the complex on the outside of the fence on the written request of the Manager of SOI, in Oleszno Deputy Manager of the Infrastructure. The commencement of activities may not be longer than 3 days from the date of the call.
14) Removal of vegetation from joints between curbs and on the surface of traffic routes.
15. Cleaning the smoking rooms and their designated areas, as well as the ashtrays placed in them, with a frequency ensuring proper maintenance of cleanliness.
16) Snow and ice removal from paved areas and sanding (using chemicals) of pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic routes should start immediately after or during snow, ice and ice deposits. The above work should be carried out in such a way that bad weather conditions do not endanger the safety of moving persons and vehicles (if necessary, the work should be carried out before the start of the working day, employees of individual complexes).
17) Permanent and ongoing maintenance of lawns and flower beds, flower beds and scalers.
18) Mowing lawns. In the period between mowing, the Contractor shall be obliged to remove offshoots on the entire area to be mown.
19) Cutting the cut grass - immediately after the end of mowing, but not later than on the following day. The contractor will also remove fallen leaves, branches, papers, bottles and other small impurities that will be located in these areas from the areas to be mown.
20. removal of fallen leaves and branches (including export) from green areas throughout the year.
21) Cutting lawn edges.
(22) Care of flower beds, flower beds, scalers including weeding, pruning, raising, etc., watering.
(23) Care of shrubs and trees by pruning and shaping them.
24) Export of cut grass from lawns and grass from flower beds, flower beds and scales outside the premises of the military institution operated at the expense of the contractor - no later than on the day following the completion of works.
(25) Continuous and ongoing maintenance of hedges
26) Manual or mechanical trimming of hedges and their edges.
27) Maintenance of fire belts around warehouse complexes' warehouses
28) Mineralization of fire belts, by mechanical inversion of soil at a depth of at least 20 cm, tilling (harrowing) the soil to obtain an even surface, removal of roots, stems and leaves of plants.
29. Removal of plant residues, dry branches and other flammable materials from the mineralized surface and the adjacent surface up to 3 m wide on each side of the mineralized flange.
30) Removal of belts in protection zones.
