Description

The present framework agreement includes services at mixed prices, comprising a fixed-price part and a unit-price part processed by means of order forms in accordance with articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code.the annual lump sum services concern the performance of annual maintenance services and are detailed in Appendix 1 to the contract document "Framework for the breakdown of the annual global and lump sum price".the unit price part of the framework agreement will be used for:- services on groups of new buildings included during the period as defined in Article 1.5.1 of this Ccap.- services not included in those of the annual lump sum type. the services not included in the lump sum type services - the replacement of the guards employed by Aximo in case of short term absence the terms of issue of the order forms are specified in article 4 of the Ccap.the offer presented by the candidate must cover all the services defined in the Cctp
This lot will give rise to the establishment of a separate framework agreement comprising:- services of a lump sum natureand- services at unit prices processed by purchase orders, as follows:with no minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of : 30,000.00 exclusive of tax the contract is for 12 months from May 1, 2022 or from the date of notification of the contract if later until April 30, 2023 This lot will give rise to the establishment of a separate framework agreement comprising:- services of a lump-sum natureand- services at unit prices processed by purchase orders, as follows:with no minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of : 25,000.00 excluding VAT the contract is for 12 months from 1 May 2022 or from the date of notification of the contract if later until 30.04.2023
