Description

Performance of internal cleaning services, external grounds and greenery maintenance on the premises of the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, 208 Niepodległości Avenue. The subject matter of the contract includes three parts: 1) Part I - Performance of cleaning services in the building of the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, 208 Niepodległości Avenue; 2) Part II - Performance of cleaning services of the external area adjacent to the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, 208 Niepodległości Avenue; 3) Part III - Performance of gardening and landscaping works in the external area adjacent to the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, 208 Niepodległości Avenue.
1 The subject matter of the contract includes:a) cleaning of: offices, social rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, hygiene and sanitary rooms, smoking rooms, social rooms for craftsmen and drivers, checkrooms, handy kitchens, communication routes in the basement, halls, corridors, stairs, elevators, warehouses and archives of the Central Statistical Office, gatehouse with facilities and guard booths, including cleaning of the floor:˗ floor covering - 5.600 m2,˗ PVC carpet - 3,000 m2,˗ wood stave - 800 m2,˗ wood panels - 3,448 m2,˗ terrazzo, stoneware and granite flooring - 4.400 m2;b) laundering of floor coverings, carpets - a maximum of 3,000 m2 during the period of execution of the subject of the contract, provided that the service of laundering of floor coverings, carpets will be ordered according to the needs of the Ordering Party, and the area on which the ordered service will be performed will not be less than 50 m2 at a time;c) polymerization of PVC carpet - a maximum of 12.000 m2 during the period of execution of the subject of the contract, with the proviso that the service of polymerization of PVC flooring will be ordered no more often than once every 6 months, and the area on which the ordered service will be performed, at one time, will be no more than 3.000 m2;d) anti-slip protection of stone (granite) floors and stairs - a maximum of 4.400 m2 during the period of execution of the subject of the contract, including the replacement of anti-slip strips on stone steps, with the proviso that the service of anti-slip protection of stone floors and stairs (granite) will be commissioned no more often than once every 6 months, and the area on which the commissioned service will be performed, at one time, will be no more than 1. 100 m2;e) washing (on both sides) of windows together with frames and sills - maximum 16.000 m2, during the period of execution of the subject of the contract, with the proviso that the service of window cleaning will be commissioned not more often than once every 6 months, and the area on which the commissioned service will be performed will be no more than 4,000 m2 at a time.2. The subject matter of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in particular with:1) Description of the Subject Matter of the Order for Part I, constituting Attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ - referred to as "OPZ for Part I";2) Contractor's Offer for Part I;3) Contract for Part I, the model of which is attached as Attachment No. 6.1 to the SWZ. 1 The subject matter of the contract includes:a) cleaning of outdoor paved area, during the season:˗ spring - autumn, from 15 III - 14 XI,˗ winter, from 15 XI - 14 III,b) cleaning of green area - lawns, during the season:˗ spring - autumn, from 15 III - 14 XI,˗ winter, from 15 XI - 14 III.2.The subject matter of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, and in particular with:1) Description of the Subject Matter of the Order for Part II, constituting Attachment No. 1.2 to the SWZ - referred to as "OPZ for Part II";2) Contractor's Offer for Part II;3) Contract for Part II, the model of which constitutes Attachment No. 6.2 to the SWZ. 1 The subject matter of the contract includes:a) care of trees (Class I stands up to 20 years old - 76 pieces, Class III stands aged 41-60 years - 63 pieces),b) care of hedge shrubs - 930 pieces,c) pruning of ornamental shrubs,d) elimination of self-seedlings,e) planting of flowers to 12 pieces of concrete gazons, ie: 48 pcs. of glossy red sage, 4 pcs./gazon - in the spring - autumn period, and 48 pcs. of old ash / frosts/, 4 pcs. each./gazon - during autumn - winter, f) spraying around the parking lot with the tennis court and volleyball court,g) weeding of weeds in concrete gazons,h) undercutting of thick branches of trees growing in close proximity to the installation of solar panels,i) raking of leaves on the area. 10,000 m2 and their removal from the Contracting Authority's premises,j) mowing and raking the grass on the area of 10,000 m2 and its removal from the Contracting Authority's premises,k) planting trees (3 pcs. ball maple),l) removing root suckers in the old stand.2.The subject matter of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in particular with:1) Description of the Subject Matter of the Order for Part III, constituting Attachment No. 1.3 to the SWZ - referred to as "OPZ for Part III";2) Contractor's Offer for Part III;3) Agreement for Part III, the model of which constitutes Attachment No. 6.3 to the SWZ.
