Baden-Airpark GmbH (BAG) operates the commercial airport Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden (FKB). There, the services of maintenance cleaning and aircraft interior cleaning are to be newly awarded for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 with the possibility of renewal twice, each time for one year. The terminal and administrative buildings currently cover an area of around 13,400 square meters. According to the current flight schedule, aircraft interior cleaning is to be carried out for around 1,500 aircraft per year. The activities will be carried out both in the land area and in the security area of the airport. As the client, BAG intends to contract a company to perform the aforementioned services. Experience in both building cleaning and aircraft interior cleaning is expected.
To re-award the services of maintenance cleaning and aircraft interior cleaning for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 with the possibility of two one-year extensions.Award criteria: (in addition to the information in II.2.5); 1. bid price 70%2. technical value 15% (of which: bonus / malus regulation 50%, qualification object management on site 30%, sustainability (climate protection) 10%, transparent quality management 10%)3. suitability 15% (of which: adequately checked personnel (LuftSiG §7) 50%, experience in aviation security area airport 30%, flexible operational deployment personnel (ad-hoc) 20%).
