The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Abensberg-Landshut Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, invites tenders for maintenance cleaning for the Abensberg site incl. Siegenburg (Lot 1); glass and frame cleaning at the Abensberg site incl. Siegenburg (Lot 2); the maintenance cleaning for the Landshut location (Lot 3) as well as the glass cleaning at the Landshut location (Lot 4) for its properties in Abensberg, Siegenburg and in Landshut.For Lot 1 maintenance cleaning Abensberg / Siegenburg the basic cleaning area amounts to 1,426.81m². The annual cleaning area is approximately 177,530 m². For Lot 2 Glass and Frame Cleaning Abensberg / Siegenburg, the basic cleaning area amounts to approximately 120.26m². The annual cleaning area is approximately 240 m². For lot 3 maintenance cleaning Landshut, the basic cleaning area amounts to 1,260.43 m². The annual cleaning area is approximately 152,180 m². For Lot 4 Glass Cleaning (without frames) Landshut, the basic cleaning area amounts to approximately 395.84 m². The annual cleaning area is approximately 791 m². The targeted contract term is a maximum of 5 years in total. An optional property inspection is possible. For more details on the application period, please refer to the tender documents.
