The subject of the invitation to tender is the performance of building cleaning services (maintenance and basic cleaning) for the following properties of the City of Bergisch Gladbach:The properties of the City of Bergisch Gladbach can be found in the attached specification of services and in the supplementary terms of contract.The estimated contract value of 2,189,889.26 relates to a contract term of two years.
Building cleaning services (maintenance and basic cleaning) for various properties of the City of Bergisch Gladbach:Maintenance cleaningMaintenance cleaning is to be carried out in accordance with the specifications in the relevant service specifications. These must be adapted to the individual properties, according to the calculation and room book, after the contract has been awarded by the contractor. The listed cleaning procedures and methods are also part of the service specifications.The effective cleaning frequency of the floor areas can be found in the calculation file. In the service specifications, a distinction is made between:- Full cleaningIn the case of so-called full cleaning, all the work listed in the specifications is carried out at the specified frequency (daily to once a year).- Visual cleaningVisual cleaning is carried out in part on the days when cleaning is not required. Visual cleaning is intended to ensure a positive appearance on the days when cleaning is not required. Eye-catching soiling and also traces of grips are removed selectively. Waste disposal is always part of the visual cleaning. With the sight cleaning the complete cleaning equipment is carried along- Complete cleaningComplete cleaning are full-surface, more intensive cleaning works of the respective external surfaces of furnishings (furniture), stair railings, tile wall surfaces (also washable walls), shower cabins, partition walls, doors, heatings etc.These complete cleanings are not additionally remunerated and are a component of the bill of quantities and are to be accomplished depending upon there default 1x to 12x annually. During the 1x annual basic cleaning of the floor areas, the thorough cleaning (complete cleaning) of the furniture and various furnishing stands is also to be carried out in these areas.- Basic cleaningIn exceptional cases, basic cleaning work can also be carried out on other school-free days in consultation with the City of Bergisch Gladbach. The specific scope of services for basic cleaning work is described in detail in the "Basic Cleaning" service specifications. In consultation with the responsible employees of the client, basic cleaning of the floor surfaces (elastic, hard and textile coverings) and inventory is to be carried out during the vacations. The concrete scope of services for the basic cleaning work is described in detail in the "Basic Cleaning" specifications.
