The Landesbetrieb Daten und Information Rheinland-Pfalz (LDI) is headquartered in Mainz, where it operates a computer centre and a backup computer centre and has a branch office in Bad Ems. The LDI is oriented towards medium basic protection according to BSI (Federal Office for Security). Therefore, high demands are made on security, i.e. especially the access control of visitors and external companies is subject to special regulations which must be observed.Within the scope of this tendering procedure, one service contract per lot is concluded for the provision of cleaning personnel Lot 1 concerns our operational facilities A) Mainz (Neustadt), Valenciaplatz 6, B) Mainz (Weisenau), Heiligkreuzweg 111 and C) Mainz (Weisenau) Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße 30 to 32. Lot 2 concerns the branch office in Bad Ems, Badhausstraße 6.
With regard to lot 1, a service contract for the provision of cleaning personnel will be concluded. Lot 1 concerns the premises A) Mainz (Neustadt), Valenciaplatz 6, B) Mainz (Weisenau), Heiligkreuzweg 111 and C) Mainz (Weisenau) Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße 30 to 32. With regard to the premises C) Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße, lot 1 is the start of services vss. only from 1.11.2020, if necessary also later after the premises have been taken over by the client. Concerning Lot 1, the premises B) Heiligkreuzweg may be abandoned. We expressly refer to item V. of the service description. Within the scope of this tendering procedure, a service contract for the provision of cleaning personnel will be concluded Lot 2 the Client's branch office in Bad Ems, Badhausstraße 6.
