The Centre de services scolaires du Lac-Saint-Jean wishes to obtain tenders in sealed envelopes or electronically through the SEAO electronic tendering system, to retain the services of a contractor to carry out the work on the project: M22M20302-Ajout d'une chaudière-École Bon pasteur.

THE PUBLIC AUTHORITY hereby confirms that a bid security is required.
RECEIPT AND OPENING
All bids must be received at the main place of business of the Centre de services scolaires du Lac-Saint-Jean, located at 350, boulevard Champlain Sud, Alma, Québec, G8B 3N8, before March 12, 2024, to be publicly opened at the same place on the same day and at the same time. Electronic bids will be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this call for tenders. Any bid received after this date will be automatically rejected.
Tenderers may attend the opening by videoconference, using the instructions described in article 1.10 of the Régie - Tender opening - Technological means.
LIeux visit (not mandatory)
Article 1.02 de la Régie: A non-mandatory site visit may be organized, by making an appointment with the person listed as TECHNICAL EXPERTISE. Interested bidders should make an appointment by telephone or e-mail on the days preceding the visit, to confirm the date and time of the visit, depending on the availability of both parties. Visits must take place between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
Dé signs any agreement concluded between the Government of Québec and another government concerning access to public contracts, applicable to the Call for Tenders and mentioned, where applicable, in the Notice of Call for Tenders published on the SEAO;
OTHER
Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1) will be considered for the award of the contract. Contractor-bidders are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both in terms of their creditworthiness and the content of their bids.

The Centre de services scolaires does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
