Biological control of mosquitoes
The City of Gatineau is requesting bids for mosquito biological control services over a portion of its territory.
To be considered, all bids must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose.
Individuals and companies interested in this contract must obtain the tender documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the Web site www.seao.ca and quoting reference number 1423129. The documents must be obtained at the cost established by the SEAO. The documents will be available on the SEAO website on Monday, November 16, 2020.
Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope marked as follows:

Biological control of mosquitoes
Bids will be received in the Supply Division of the Finance Department, located at 476 Saint-René Boulevard East, 2nd Floor, Gatineau, Quebec, J8P 8A9 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020.
Bids received will be opened publicly, immediately following the expiry of the deadline for submission, at the Procurement Division of the Finance Department at the address indicated above. However, the number of persons who may attend the opening may be limited to ensure that the distancing measures are applied and adhered to.
The City of Gatineau is not obligated to accept either the bidder with the highest score or any of the bids received or to incur any obligation or cost to the bidder(s).
