SA20-3066 BIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF MOSQUITOES


The City of Terrebonne, owner, is asking for tenders for the call for tenders in title. The complete documents will be available through the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO), telephone 1 866-669-7326, as of November 18, 2020. The fees for obtaining the documents, as well as all terms of payment, are set by and payable to the SEAO.
Bids in identified envelopes (tender number and project name), sealed and addressed to the undersigned, will be received at the City of Terrebonne, Administration and Finance Department, 513 Montée Masson (South), Terrebonne, J6W 2Z2, until 11:00 a.m. on December 15, 2020, to be opened publicly, immediately after the deadline for receipt. Our office hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Bids submitted must meet the requirements of the tender documents.
Unless otherwise specified, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and when applicable, the Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and Ontario (AQGQA) and the Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) (AQNB 2008).
The City shall not be liable for any failure to provide complete written notices or any document conveyed by electronic means or for any error or omission whatsoever in such notices or documents. Accordingly, all bidders must ensure, prior to bidding, that they obtain all documents and addenda, if any, related to this tender call.
The City of Terrebonne does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and opened.
