Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for design services in support of the Facility for Intelligent Marine Systems (FIMS) program. The intent of the FIMS program is to create a shared space for the collaborative use of DND, DRDC, NRCan and DFO through a renovation of the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) Fish Lab building in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
