The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides offers services throughout the region, in the following eight regional county municipalities (MRCs):

- Antoine-Labelle
- Laurentians
- Pays-d'en-Haut
- Rivière-du-Nord
- Thérèse-De Blainville
- Deux-Montagnes
- Mirabel
- Argenteuil

Created on April 1, 2015, the CISSS des Laurentides is the result of the merger of 12 institutions, including the CSSSs, the youth centre and the rehabilitation centres in the Laurentians region.

SUBJECT
The CISSS des Laurentides wishes to equip itself with a fleet of bilirubinometers (BLM) throughout its territory.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Bid packages must be submitted in clearly identified sealed envelopes as mentioned in the clauses of this call for tenders or be transmitted electronically, through the electronic tendering system (SEAO), to the following address: https://www.seao.ca.
CLOSING OF BIDS
Submission packages will be received until Thursday, November 5, 2020, 2:00 p.m., Quebec time, at the following address CISSS des Laurentides, Service des approvisionnements, 1000 Labelle Street, Porte 3, local SS001, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 5N6.
COMPLIANCE
The equipment proposed in the bid must comply with the requirements reflected in the tender documents. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of these requirements, it would be advisable for the bidder to contact the file manager to check whether an alternative is possible by issuing an Addendum.
OPENING OF SUBMISSIONS
Bids will be opened immediately after bid closing at the same location, on the same day, at the same time.
BID ACCEPTANCE
The CISSS des Laurentides does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in the Call for Tenders.
