The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides provides services throughout the region, in the following eight regional county municipalities (RCMs):

- Antoine-Labelle
- Laurentians
- Pays-d'en-Haut
- Rivière-du-Nord
- Thérèse-De Blainville
- Two-Mountains
- Mirabel
- Argenteuil

Created on April 1, 2015, the CISSS des Laurentides is the result of the merger of 12 institutions, including the CSSSs, the youth centre and the rehabilitation centres in the Laurentians region.
SUBJECT
The CISSS des Laurentides must acquire bedside tables for all CHSLDs in its territory. He wishes to enter into a twelve (12) month agreement to acquire approximately seven hundred (700) bedside tables... The method of awarding this call for tenders is the lowest compliant price with a test bench.
BID SUBMISSION
Bidding documents must be submitted in clearly identified sealed envelopes as mentioned in the clauses of this call for tenders or be transmitted electronically, through the Electronic Bidding System (EBSS), to the following address: https://www.seao.ca.
BID CLOSING
Submission packages will be received until Monday, July 29, 2019, 2:00 p.m., Quebec time, at the following address: CISSS des Laurentides, Service des approvisionnements, 1000 rue Labelle, Porte 3, local SS001, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 5N6.
COMPLIANCE
The equipment proposed in the bid must comply with the requirements reflected in the bidding documents. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of these requirements, it would be appropriate for him to contact the file manager to verify whether an alternative is possible by issuing an Addendum.
BID OPENING
Bids will be opened immediately after the bid closing at the same location, on the same day, at the same time.
BID ACCEPTANCE
The CISSS des Laurentides does not undertake to accept any of the bids received as part of the Call for Tenders.
