Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 127 (1) SGB V for the supply of high-power disposable batteries, which are suitable as an energy source for cochlear implants (CI), to insured persons of the KKH, free of charge, including all related services. The following CI batteries are to be sold as purchased products and become the property of the insured person: High power disposable batteries Single sided supply: Pseudo-assistive item number CI batteries monaural: 8800990094 Dual supply: CI Batteries binaural: 8800990095 Cochlear implants are not aids in the sense of § 33 SGB V. They are not part of this contract. The service shall be deemed to include only the costs incurred in connection with the external components of the cochlear implant and which are not part of hospital treatment or outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation, including the energy source in the form of disposable batteries covered by this contract. Details can be found in this specification and in the model contract in accordance with the Annex: "Model contract". The following provisions regulate the details.
