Description

SANTÉ QUÉBEC, a legal entity under public law, acting through the Centre Intégré de Santé et de Services Sociaux de Chaudière-Appalaches (CISSS-CA, the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION"), wishes to replace its fleet of immunohistochemistry stainers for its main laboratory located at Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis.

The immunohistochemistry stainers must be capable of in situ hybridization, and must interface with the Laboratory Information System (LIS). The equipment required has been divided into TWO (2) separate lots. The first lot will consist of an immunohistochemistry stainer dedicated to the PDL-1 companion test, used in oncology treatments. The solution proposed by the supplier for this lot must have been formally validated. No local validation for this test will be allowed. The second lot will consist of TWO (2) colorators, which will be used for the majority of markings performed by the laboratory.

Depending on the capacity of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, the equipment will be acquired and full volumetry will be achieved over an 18-month period following contract award.

The TENDERER will also be required to quote for a "Cost per Reportable Result" (CPRR) agreement for reagents and other consumables, as well as for a full maintenance contract for the tendered equipment.
