Introduction : UNCDF is searching for a company to assist the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in the implementation of an automated system for collecting financial inclusion data, monitoring and geolocation of financial service outlets in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
