TENDER OPENING Tenders will be opened by CHU de Québec-Université Laval designated persons immediately after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. Bids will be opened publicly via the Teams application. ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS CHU de Québec-Université Laval does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid. CONFORMITY The goods proposed in the bid must conform to the description or technical requirements in the specifications.
