Subject of tender

The Government Procurement Centre (GPC) is soliciting bids for the acquisition of auction services for its own needs, more specifically for its Assets Recovery Branch (ARB).

Submission of bids

Only bids received by the time and date set for the receipt of bids will be considered, whether submitted in hard copy or electronically via the Government of Quebec's Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) at https://seao.gouv.qc.ca/.

Paper bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly identified (company name, tender number and closing date). It is the service provider's responsibility to ensure that documents are forwarded to :
