Description
Israel is in the process of rolling out a $50 billion metro service across 3 deep underground lines.
A government company has put out a tender for a consultancy to:
* conduct an external independent program and quality assurance role
* create and manage a programme assurance office
* carry out the role of a technical audit team to ensure that the programme is world-class and performed according to agreed requirements duly reviewed and validated by the project management consultants.
Eligibility criteria:
* demonstrated experience in similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
* financial stability and professional qualifications.
* compliance with Israeli laws, including sanctions-related declarations
Bid Components:
*Technical proposal includes detailing methodology, team, and experience
*Financial proposal is submitted separately and includes a Calculated Financial Proposal (CFP)
*Bid bond is specified as in the tender documents
Submission format:
* physical submission in a sealed envelope
* must include all required forms and declarations as per the tender documents
