Germany - Asbestos removal works

Description

A pollutant clean-up shall be carried out on half of level 3 of a ward. The ward is to be renovated in parts, i.e. not fully cored. Known pollutants are asbestos, KMF and mould spores. Black areas with negative pressure maintenance are to be set up. All components that are relevant for the execution of the later work and are contaminated with pollutants are to be removed and disposed of. The measure takes place during the ongoing hospital operation of the surrounding wards.- Production of black areas with negative pressure maintenance;- Demolition, packaging and disposal of built-in furniture (30 m3);- Demolition, packaging and disposal of pipe and duct insulation KMF (150 m);- Demolition, packaging and disposal of floor covering (100 m2);- Demolition, packaging and disposal of GK panels with asbestos-contaminated putty (200 m2);- Demolition, packaging and disposal of various built-in and add-on parts;- Dismantling TGA and electrical installations;- Removal of fire dampers;- Rough and fine cleaning of the renovation areas;- Clearance measurement.
