Canada - Asbestos removal in rooms T-010 and T-010-1 - Ignace-Bourget Pavilion

Description

The College of Bois-de-Boulogne wishes to issue a call for tenders for the execution of asbestos removal in premises T-010 and T-010-1 - Ignace-Bourget Pavilion, related to Project No. S20-06.
The project consists of removing the material that makes up the ceiling of mechanical room T-010 and T-010-1 containing asbestos. A portion of the insulation is also to be removed as part of the work.
Project schedule: May 17, 2021 to July 14, 2021.

A Submission shall be automatically rejected if the SUBMITTER submits more than one Submission under the Invitation for Bids, it being understood that the transmission of the same Submission electronically and in paper form constitutes the submission of more than one Submission.

A MANDATORY virtual information session is scheduled for January 20, 2021 at 14:00. SUBMISSIONERS will have to go to a web platform for live viewing. A request for participation must be sent to the email address "delphine.albessart@bdeb.qc.ca". The number of the call for tenders must be indicated in the subject line of the email. The college will then send you instructions on how to access the viewing.

The SUBMISSIONER must accompany its Submission with a bid security equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price quoted in its Submission. This bid security must be in the form of a bond issued to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution.

The SUBMISSIONER must attach to its Submission a letter of undertaking signed by a guarantor guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a bond guarantee.

This project is not subject to intergovernmental agreements.
Tender documents can only be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System (ETS).
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in the call for tenders.
