The project management mission concerns 2 residences: La Marche residence and Square Aquitaine residence, Residence La Marche: - estimated amount of work: 4,706,000 excluding tax, - 3 buildings comprising 139 housing units (15 T1, 25 T2, 62 T3, 18 T4, 19 T5) located 20, 22, 24 rue La Marche + 1 underground car park + 1 commercial space at 30 bis boulevard Leclerc in Argenteuil.Residence Square Aquitaine:- estimated amount of work: 8,031,000 EUR excluding VAT,- 5 buildings comprising 225 housing units (26 T1, 22 T2, 80 T3, 70 T4, 20 T5, 7 T6) at nº 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 square Aquitaine and 28 and 30 boulevard Leclerc + 1 underground car park + 3 commercial premises of which 2 are located at 28 boulevard Leclerc, and 1 at 30 boulevard Leclerc + 3 association premises in the city at 26 boulevard Leclerc + 1 box at 30 boulevard Leclerc + 1 LCR at 26 boulevard Leclerc (Bât 17 de la COPRO), in Argenteuil. The Aquitaine residence also includes 13 (Type 3) diffuse condominium units at the following addresses:- nº 2 (1 lgt), nº 6 (2 lgts), nº 10 (4 lgts) and nº 12 (6 lgts) square Aquitaine. mission start-up: 4th quarter 2019. Start of works: 4th quarter 2020; estimated duration of works: 24 months. The program can be downloaded at the following address: https://www.achatpublic.com/sdm/ent/gen/ent_detail.do?PCSLID=CSL_2019_V9WMaDUYLj&v=1&selected=0Content of the mission:- basic mission as defined in Article R. 2431-4 of the public procurement code (APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR),- complementary mission elements:-- Diagnosis (DIAG),-- establishment of an estimated quantitative detail (DQE),-- submission of the THCEX thermal study, calculation of the corrected surfaces at the time of the OPR. Thermal objective: an energy consumption objective of at least 150 kWh/EP/m²/year (label C at least) will be sought; the consultation is open to a multidisciplinary team (own resources of the operator presenting itself alone, subcontracting or temporary grouping of companies, constituted by 2 or more members); in the event of a grouping, the architect is the representative and the competence in construction economics can be integrated into the architectural firm or the BET. Each operator may apply only once: individually or as a member of a single group or subcontractor.Composition of the team:- architect + BET or in-house competence,- multidisciplinary team with skills: architectural, technical - structure, fluids, thermal - for insulation work and improvement of the building's energy performance, competence to manage work in an asbestos environment (transmit training certificates subsection 3) in the building (common and private parts) competence on the feasibility of the work, intervention methods on asbestos materials, drafting of operating procedures...), and in construction economics.
