Project management for the reconstruction on a new site of the 60-place "Les Asphodèles" autonomous residence in LE FAOUET.
The purpose of this project management contract is to rebuild the 60-place Les Asphodèles nursing home in Le Faouet on a new site. The missions of the contract are : ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/ACT/VISA EXE/DET/AOR + bill of quantities for all lots + 3D virtual tour of common areasThe EXE mission concerns the technical lots (electricity, plumbing-sanitary, heating, ventilation and fire safety system) and a partial EXE mission for the structure (principle plans for the consultation of contractors). Skills required of the contractor:Groups admitted to submit a bid must include:- An architect registered with the Ordre (the group's representative is required),- One or more technical design offices, whether integrated or not, with skills in the following fields:- structure,- fluids (thermal/electrical/weak currents),- kitchen,- VRD, landscape,- construction economics- SSI
