Description

The client plans the construction of a new fire station located in the district of Nastätten, parcel 77, parcel 122 / 11 as well as optionally the construction of a new fire station located in the district of Miehlen, parcel 42, parcels 399, 400 and 401.The fire stations shall each have a gross floor area of 1,283.50 m2 and 1,250 m2 respectively. A room program has been agreed with the fire department and the ADD, which is to be the basis for the planning. The costs of the construction measure in Nastätten (KG 200 to KG 400) are expected to be EUR 2.541 million (net) and those of the fire station in Miehlem EUR 2.415 million (net).
Start of construction is planned for 2023.
