Description

the boarding school building (In1) houses boarding rooms, staff accommodation and half-board on the first floor. The project involves fitting out 640 square meters of floor space on the ground and upper floors (R+2 and R+4), and converting 22 single rooms into double rooms. The Atelier building (At1) has vacant square meters. The project involves fitting out 1,500 square meters of technical space for the Security Trades program, as well as the creation of practical work facilities outside and near the workshop building, for an estimated cost of 2,365,000 euros (excluding VAT) (September 2023 economic conditions). Work to be carried out on a single-lot basis (general contractor). Estimated overall completion time: 8 months, including a 2-month preparation period.
The project management mission includes the following elements: diag / aps / apd / pro / exe / synt / ssi / act / det / aor and GPA for the entire program. The consultation is open to a project management team with skills and qualifications in the following disciplines: architectural studies, construction economist, structural engineering studies, fluid engineering studies, high and low voltage engineering studies, SSI coordination studies, environmental quality studies. Limitations on the composition of groups are specified in the bidding regulations.
