Description

Architectural services are required in accordance with HOAI 2013 §§ 34, 35, whereby the contractor develops solutions for securing, repairing and renovating the object. The architect is responsible for the preparation of a fire protection certificate for submission to the building supervisory authority and supervises its planning specifications during implementation. In addition, the architects provide the services of the SiGeKo, which are to be offered as a separate service component. in the course of an elevator implementation, he is responsible for the tendering of the elevator system and ensures the structural requirements/connections, etc., to the system. Within the framework of the stages described above, the contractor shall provide the basic structural design services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 1, LPH 1-6, Sections 49-52 and Annex 14 within the scope of the basic services described above. The contractor shall be responsible for the structural design of the existing structures with sensitive handling of existing structures.a)The client shall commission the following basic services:- Work phases 1-3.b)Only the following basic services shall be commissioned optionally:- Work phases 4-6.The following special services are optionally commissioned:LPH 8 - engineering inspection of the construction of the supporting structure for compliance with the tested static documentsLPH 8 - engineering inspection of the construction aids, such as securing, crane, etc.The contract is awarded in stages in accordance with the 2 stages listed in the tender documents.The exact performance specifications, listing the basic services as well as special services, are specified in the tender documents. The contractor shall provide the basic services for planning the technical equipment for electrical engineering in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, LPH 1-9, §§ 53-56 and Annex 15.1, and 15.2, Annex Groups 4-5,8. In addition, the following special services listed below shall be provided as an option:The customer shall commission the following basic services:- Service phases 1-3.Only the following basic services shall be commissioned as an option:- Service phases 4-9.The following special services are commissioned only as an option:- LPH 5 Checking and accepting formwork plans of the structural engineer for compliance with the slot and breakthrough planning,- LPH 5 Empty conduit planning with special effort,- LPH 8 Performance measurement and functional testing,- Performance measurement and functional testing are carried out in stages in accordance with the 2 stages listed in the tender documents. The exact scope of services, including a list of basic services and special services, will be specified in the tender documents. In the course of building technology planning, the client attaches particular importance to a long-term efficient heating concept with the premise of the minimum expenditure for the client with regard to investment costs. The separation of energy generation and distribution must be clearly done with the aim of clearly distinguishing and accounting for the different usage units in terms of operating costs. Within the scope of the planning services, the measuring concept of the measuring service is to be coordinated and integrated. The basic services according to HOAI, Part 3, Section 2, LPH 1-8, §§ 38-40 as well as Annex 11.1 are to be rendered by the contractor. The client attaches importance to a cost-effective but attractive quality of stay, with the possibility of an own-initiative implementation. The property should be zoned by the planners and structured with different qualities of stay, taking into account the delayed infrastructure measures on the property in question. In the first stage, the client commissions the following basic services:- Work phases 1-3.Only optionally (according to section 4.3) the following services are commissioned in stage 2:- Work phases 4-8.
