Description
The client intends to build a new multi-purpose hall in Freiberg, where great importance is attached to economical construction and implementation. Extended architectural services are required. Here, the planner services require a distinct understanding of cost ceilings and their options in order to achieve the highest possible quality of execution as well as sound experience in the field of site management. The architect is responsible for the preparation of a fire protection certificate for submission to the building supervisory authority and supervises its planning specifications during the implementation. He is also responsible for the equipment planning of the hall, which includes any grandstands, a bowling alley and the equipment necessary for the school and club operations. (Please refer to the detailed description in Annex C) The order is placed in stages. This is a unilateral option right in favour of the client. The client makes the exercise of the options dependent on the following conditions in the sense of § 132 Paragraph 2 S. 1 No. 1 GWB:- The costs determined by the contractors are within the budget of the client,- the client decides to realise the construction project,- the client receives subsidies to the extent that the financing of the project is secured,- the contractor has no claim to the fact that even the only optionally commissioned services are called up by the client. The client commissions the following basic architectural planning services:Work phases 1-3Fire protection proof by qualified fire protection plannersThe client commissions the following basic architectural planning services as an option:- Work phases 4-9The client commissions the following special architectural planning services as an option:LPH 2 - Economic feasibility studyLPH 2 - Detailed cost estimationLPH 2 - Participation in the procurement of loans and subsidiesLPH 5 - Checking and accepting plans of third parties for compliance with the execution plansLPH 7 Checking and accepting values of ancillary offersLPH 8 - Drawing up, Monitoring and updating of differentiated time, cost and capacity plansLPH 9 - Notification of defects and monitoring of defect rectification within the framework of LPH 9Following services on advisory building physics and building energy efficiency are permanently commissioned:Performance profile thermal insulation/energy balance LPH 1-4Performance profile building acoustics LPH 1-4Performance profile room acoustics LPH 1-4Performance profile consulting building physics and building energy efficiency are optionally commissioned:Performance profile thermal insulation/energy balance:LPH 5Special services:Building energy concept with profitability analysisLPH 3 Simulations for predicting the behaviourPerformance profile building acoustics:LPH 5Special Services:LPH 3 - Simulations for the Prognosis of BehaviourPerformance Indoor Acoustics:Service Phases 5The client commissions the following services of the architect for the equipment planning:Service Phases 1-3The client optionally commissions the following services of the architect for the equipment planning:Service Phases 4-9It is based on § 35 HOAI, supplementary to HOAI § 35 Abs. 7 and Annex 1.2 HOAI 2013, whereby the basic services in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, §§ 33, 34, - Annex 10.1, and Annex 1.2 are to be performed in the listed service phases. The client intends to build a new multi-purpose hall in Freiberg. Structural planning services are required for this purpose. With regard to the planning of the statics, the contractor is in particular requested to support the challenges of the supporting structure of the multi-purpose hall with efficient solutions and corresponding planning bases. Material savings possibilities for prefabricated components, simplified design processes in the execution and maximum cost savings as well as minimisation of the secondary construction and for optimisation of the construction process are to be examined. the basic services according to HOAI, Part 4, Section 1, LPH 1 - 6, §§ 49 - 52 as well as Annex 14 are to be provided by the contractor within the framework of the stages described above. The client commissions only the following basic services:Work phases 1-3The client commissions optionally the following services:Work phases 4-6Special services:- LPH 2 - Preparation of comparative calculations for several possible solutions,- LPH 4 - Structural fire protection,- LPH 4 - Template for building inspection,- LPH 8 - Technical engineering inspection of the construction of the supporting structure for compliance with the tested static documents as well as the building aids, safety devices, crane, etc. The client commissions only the following basic services:Work phases 1-3The client commissions optionally the following basic services:Work phases 1-3Special services:- Work phases 4-6Special services:- LPH 2 - Preparation of comparative calculations for several possible solutions,- LPH 4 - Structural fire protection,- LPH 4 - Template for building inspection,- LPH 8 - Technical engineering inspection of the construction of the supporting structure for conformity with the tested static documents as well as the building aids, safety devices, crane, etc. The client intends to build a new multi-purpose hall in Freiberg. in the course of the electrical planning, interdisciplinary solutions and automation possibilities are to be worked out, taking into account the flexible use concept of the multi-purpose hall. Any interfaces between the technical building equipment and the other specialist planners must be defined at an early stage. In the course of electrical planning, interdisciplinary solutions and automation options must be developed, taking into account the flexible use concept of the multi-purpose hall. Any interfaces between the technical building equipment and the other specialist planners must be defined at an early stage, and solutions are required which demonstrate a long-term efficient temperature balance, an optimised room climate and sensible lighting concepts. In this context, increased emphasis is placed on conceptual solutions for the sensible handling of the energy requirements of heating/cooling/lighting in building automation and for optimised light and temperature control with the aim of increasing thermal comfort as well as significantly reducing energy consumption/CO2 emissions. The planners are required to provide integrative solutions, and the possibilities of communication and network technology are to be pointed out, also taking into account future usage requirements. These are to be presented as comparisons of variants. Overall, the future-oriented interlocking of the partial service areas must be guaranteed for the client, taking into account strict investment security. (Please note the detailed description under Annex C) Within the framework of Stage 1, the contractor shall provide the basic services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, LPH 1 - 9, §§ 53 - 56 as well as Annex 15.1, and 15.2, Annex Groups 4-5, 8 within the scope of Stage 1. Furthermore, the special services listed below shall be provided. The client commissions the following fixed basic services only:Work phases 1-3The client commissions the following optional services:Work phases 4-9Special services:- LPH 3 - Calculation of operating costs, simulations of the behaviour of rooms,- LPH 5 - Checking and recognising the structural engineer's circuit diagrams for compliance with slot and breakthrough planning,- Empty conduit planning with special effort,- LPH 7 - Checking and values of ancillary offers,- LPH 8 - Performance measurement and functional testing,- LPH 9 - Notification of defects and monitoring of defect rectification within the framework of LPH 9. The client plans to build a new multi-purpose hall in Freiberg. In the course of building technology planning, holistic and interdisciplinary solutions and automation options must be developed, taking into account the flexible usage concept and any interfaces with electrical planning or the building envelope. This also includes the technical building development with regard to the existing property situation and development possibilities in cooperation with the other specialist planners. Solutions are required which demonstrate an efficient temperature balance and an optimised room climate. In doing so, greater emphasis is placed on conceptual solutions for the sensible handling of the energy requirements of heating/cooling, with the aim of increasing both thermal comfort and significantly reducing energy consumption/CO2 emissions. Corresponding saving potentials are to be pointed out as decision bases. An important aspect is an efficient maintenance option. (Please note the detailed description under Annex C) The basic services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, LPH 1 - 9, §§ 53 - 56 as well as Annex 15.1, and 15.2, plant groups 1 - 3, 7 (fire extinguishing system), 8 are to be performed by the contractor.
