Description

The subject of the contract is to prepare a multi-discipline design documentation for the task entitled "Construction of Space EduHub complex in Toruń".1.2. Guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the contract: - the basis for the implementation of the subject of the contract is the construction project of 30.11.2018 possessed by the Ordering Party, for which a decision on the building permit was obtained (elaborated by the President of the Republic of Poland and the President of the Republic of Poland). The location of the object covered by the study on the plot of land No. 109/3, district 0048 in Toruń, - within the framework of the design works it is necessary to provide also participation in possible meetings concerning discussion and agreement on design solutions or other solutions resulting from the scope of study, - for all the designed works one should use materials of a proper standard for this type of objects. Materials and technologies adopted by the designer should have specified detailed required technical parameters and given conditions to be met to ensure equivalence of materials, without specifying the manufacturer's own names and names, - the developed subject of the contract should also take into account the guidelines contained in the study entitled "Regional rules and standards for shaping spatial order in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship". (elaborated on 28.10.2015 as amended on 15.6.2016), List of studies included in the subject matter of the contract: 1) multi-discipline executive design,2) information on safety and health protection,3) technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works (all industries) + electronic version (format .pdf + editable version),4) pre-miar robót + electronic version (format .pdf and .ath),5) investor's cost estimate - electronic version (format .pdf and .ath),6) collective list of all investment costs ("ZZK"), including the resulting m.7) other studies resulting from updating (only if necessary) the technical conditions of connection and necessary to fulfil all the assumed functions of the facility,8) design documentation also in electronic version in .pdf, .doc and .dwg format (AutoCAD 2008).1.4.for design purposes (only if necessary),2) update of technical conditions of connection to the technical infrastructure from relevant institutions operating the networks (only if necessary, on the basis of relevant complete applications prepared by the Contractor with required attachments to the signature by the Ordering Party),3) transfer to the Ordering Party of economic copyrights to the prepared design documentation within the scope covered by the agreement, on the principles described in § 8 of the agreement.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the template of the contract (Annex 6) constituting an appendix to the ToR. Order completion date: - commencement: on the day of concluding the contract, - completion: no later than 9 weeks after concluding the contract.1.9 The Contracting Authority may, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, award a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 67(1)(6) of the PPL, i.e. the provision of design and cost estimation services consisting in: development of replacement designs for the project indicated in point 1.3(1) of the ToR or change or update of the documentation indicated in point 1.3(2) to (8) of the ToR and point 1.4 of the ToR. The order completion date and price shall be determined by way of negotiations, provided that the completion date shall not be longer than the date specified for the basic order, and the price shall not exceed: PLN 50,000.00 net.
