The mission concerns the development project of the lands located east of the Liege airport, registered as industrial economic activities zone in the sector plan, in order to accommodate new economic activities.The study perimeter covering an approximate area of 181 ha 43 a, shown in Appendix 3, is divided into three sub-zones:1) Cubber zone, covering an approximate area of 79 ha 95 a;2) En Bois zone, covering an approximate area of 13 ha 34 a;3) Stockis zone, covering an approximate area of 88 ha 14 a;The delimitation of the zones is likely to evolve appreciably according to the proposals of the service provider, of the Communes concerned and of the observations to be formulated by the SPW-EER-DEPA or of any other new elementThe object of the contract is detailed in the missions of the service provider defined in the technical clauses of the present CSCh.The present contract is a contract with a firm tranche and conditional tranches, one for each of the zones to be studied.
