Strategic consultancy on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and inclusiveness for the tourism sector of Navarra, financed with funds from the European Union, Next Generation EU Funds.
Energy efficiency certificates for tourist accommodations in Navarra. For these purposes, in accordance with Royal Decree 390/2021, of June 1, which approves the basic procedure for the certification of the energy efficiency of buildings, the document signed by the competent technician7 containing information on the energy characteristics, the energy efficiency rating and recommendations for possible interventions, technically feasible and individualized in each building or part thereof for the improvement of optimal or cost-effective levels of energy efficiency of an existing building or part thereof. For these purposes, energy audit means, in accordance with Royal Decree 56/2016, of 12 February, transposing Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency, as regards energy audits, accreditation of service providers and energy auditors and promotion of the efficiency of energy supply, any systematic procedure aimed at obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, of an industrial or commercial installation or operation, or of a private or public service, as well as to identify, quantify and report on the potential for cost-efficient energy savings. The purpose is to provide consultancy and advisory services on sustainability to the tourism sector in Navarra. This includes training services and personalized tutoring, awareness actions, tourism sustainability plans, projects, diagnoses, reports and the promotion of projects for the development of the aforementioned plans. The purpose is to provide consultancy and advisory services in the field of accessible and inclusive tourism to the tourism sector of Navarre. This includes training services and personalized tutoring, awareness actions, diagnostics, projects or reports and reports on the situation of tourist establishments.
