The activities entrusted in this field are divided into several sublots, which are mutually supportive: the holder must be able to work on each of them, and sublot 1: documentary surveillance to ensure the durability of the qualification under accidental conditions.The activity consists in carrying out conformity analyses of MQCA equipment, in particular on the following points:- validation of reference files,- validation of modification sheets,- support for material engineers of the Industrial Directorate,Sublot 2: documentary monitoring of manufacturing documents for equipment. the activity consists in monitoring documents dedicated to the manufacture of equipment in order to verify that the technical requirements required under the code, standards or contract are properly taken into account. The documents (non-exhaustive list) on which the holder may be requested are the following (non-exhaustive list): specifications, material supply specifications, equipment specifications, welding specifications, manufacturing specifications (forming, bending, heat treatment, etc.), other documents related to the manufacture of equipment, etc. Sublot 3: bibliographic summary.The activity consists in carrying out bibliographical summaries and comparative analyses of manufacturing requirements Sublot 4: review and extraction of data from Completion Reports (RFF) The Technical Specifications Document (TRS), which defines the various activities covered by the services under batch 1, is made available to candidates (see conditions of access in section VI.3). The activities entrusted in this field are divided into several sublots, which are jointly and severally linked: the Holder must be able to intervene on each of them. sublot 1: Documentary monitoring of welding specifications The activity consists in reviewing all or part of the document and verifying compliance with contractual requirements. The documents (non-exhaustive list) on which the Holder may be requested are as follows: Specifications, Specifications for the supply of materials, equipment specifications, welding specifications, manufacturing specifications (forming, bending, heat treatment,...), other documents related to the manufacture of equipment,... Sublot 2: Bibliographic synthesis The activity consists in carrying out bibliographic type syntheses and comparative analyses of manufacturing requirements (welding, mechanical and electrical manufacturing process,...)The Technical Specifications Document (TSC), which defines the different activities covered by the services provided under Lot 2, is made available to candidates (see conditions of access in section VI.3). Framework contract for design services in the field of Expediting for mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, control command equipment, civil engineering supplies, software for the needs of the manufacturing control department of EDF's Industrial Division. expediting's main mission is to use all available resources to ensure that the delivery of equipment matches the needs of the sites, in accordance with the projects.The Technical Specifications Booklet (TSC), which defines the different activities covered by the services provided under Lot 3, is made available to candidates (see conditions of access in section VI.3). The activities entrusted in this field are divided into several sublots, each of which must be shared: the Holder must be able to intervene on each of them. sublot 1: Steering of the documentary review of the FUD (Follow Up Documents) or DSI (Factory Monitoring Document) The activity consists in coordinating the documentary review of the FUD (DSI in French) in order to obtain a consolidated technical opinion within the project deadlines. sublot 2: Assistance in the drafting of the monitoring offers (Offer Monitoring) The activity consists in supporting the DI in drafting the monitoring offers related to the fabrications.Sub-lot 3: Coordination of supervisionThe activity consists in coordinating production supervision activitiesSub-lot 4: Technical coordination of documentary reviewThe activity consists in coordinating documentary supervision activitiesThe Technical Specifications Booklet (TBS), which defines the various activities covered by the services provided under Lot 4, is made available to candidates (see conditions of access in section VI.3).
