Description
The contracting authority, require an architect led single point design team (SPDT) for the design, procurement, construction and delivery of the project opera Contract E (Parcels 2a and 2b) works, which includes the Apart‐Hotel on the Corner of Patrick and Ellen Street, residential use above retail at basement and ground floor at No 1-5 Patrick St and No 4-8 Ellen St, (Parcel 2a) and restaurant/café/bar at 9A and 9B Ellen (Parcel 2b), on the project opera site.The services to be provided include:• architect (incl. SPDT lead, conservation architect and design certifier and resident site architect if required);• civil and structural engineer (incl. ancillary certifier and resident site engineer if required);• mechanical and electrical engineer (ancillary certifier and resident site engineer if required);• Façade Consulting Engineer; and• acoustic engineer.
