Description

The estimated cost of the work is EUR 864,000 excluding VAT, to be carried out over a period of 52 months from the date fixed by the service order issued by the project owner, which will stipulate that work on the firm part of the project will begin and will be completed at the end of the year of perfect completion.The contract is broken down into a firm stage and three optional stages defined as follows:- firm stage: design phase: PRO/ACT on the overall project;- optional stage No 1: execution phase: VISA - DET - OPC - AOR [construction of the new roadway (junction rue Chevalier de la Barre/rue Grunner)];- optional stage No 2: optional stage nº 2: execution phase: VISA - DET - OPC - AOR (restructuring of the "parking de la Poste");- optional stage nº 3: execution phase: VISA - DET - OPC - AOR (restructuring of the rue du Chevalier de la Barre).The provisional starting date for the services is the 4th quarter of 2020.
Project management mission necessary for the realisation of public spaces linked to the restructuring of an operational block in Liévin - rue Silas Goulet and Chevalier de la Barre. Project management mission (outside of MOP law no. 85-704 of 12.7.1985). The contract will be awarded to a multidisciplinary team with at least the following areas of expertise: town planning, sustainable development, civil engineering, VRD, hydraulic engineering, landscape and environmental engineering, OPC. The team will preferably be led by a VRD consultancy firm. The application file should make it possible to assess the capabilities of each of the candidates (single or group) in these areas. It will not be possible to submit several tenders acting both as individual candidates and as members of one or more groupings or as members of several groupings.
