Complete mission of study and follow-up of the construction works of about 60 medium housing units, about 60 parking spaces, a nursery that can accommodate 56 children and a cultural facility located Boulevard Sylvain Dupuis between nº 310 and nº 354 within the framework of the Habitat Alliance.
The purpose of the contract is to appoint a multidisciplinary team or an operator comprising the following professions: architect, stability engineer, special techniques engineer, BEDA adviser, health and safety coordinator, acoustician, responsible for the complete study and monitoring of the works for the construction of approximately 60 medium-sized housing units, 60 parking spaces, a crèche for 56 children and a cultural facility with a sustainable and ecological vision within the framework of the Habitat Alliance.
