Description
The existing light rail line 82 from the Kohlgartenstr. stop to the Stadtkrone Ost stop has been upgraded for the use of a B car. The platform height in this section of the line is 38 cm above sea level. Due to the PBefG, there is a requirement to ensure that public transport in Germany is as barrier-free as possible by 1.1.2022. The vehicle concept of the railway operator DSW21 envisages the use of barrier-free stops from 2023. In this context, the planning for the creation of barrier-free accessibility including access facilities at the 5 existing stops Kohlgartenstr., Voßkuhle, Lübkestr.., The redesign of the railway facilities and the new bridge construction are to be coordinated in design and construction.The estimated total investment volume of the construction project, including the planning expenditure, amounts to EUR 32.2 million.Preferential variants have already been applied, evaluated and decided by the Dortmund City Council on 13.12.2018 within the framework of the preliminary planning.The following concept is therefore the basis: The light rail system is to a large extent operated outside the stop areas of the existing buildings. Kohlgartenstr.: side platforms with southern elevator and northern staircaseVoßkuhle/Lübkestr.: central platformMax-Eyth-Str./Stadtkrone Ost: central platform with elevator and staircaseThe new construction of the city railway stations should be as modular and prefabricated as possible with a platform height of 94 cm above ground. SO incl. operational equipment are carried out under consideration of expert recommendations - for the technical feasibility of special stop solutions with reduced intervention in the tree population. necessary track laying is necessary with adaptation of the catenary system while maintaining the operation of line 82 and the existing access routes.A conversion or new construction of the bridge structures including the ramps and staircases is necessary for the redesign of the access to the tram stops:Kohlgartenstr./Stadtkrone Ost:- demolition and replacement of the access bridge,- green planning of the park northern access (Stadtkrone Ost).Voßkuhle: - level access,Lübkestr.: - demolition of the existing bridge,Max-Eyth-Str.: - expert opinion on the assessment of new construction or conversion.- The construction of 2 bridge structures (Kohlgartenstr./Max-Eyth-Str.) is still subject to resolution.Bridge and ramp structures are to be integrated uniformly and harmoniously into the overall area B1 from an urban planning point of view.Conversion and adjustments of the overhead contact line system are necessary with regard to the overplanning for the actual conversion of the entire line. Chain works from Hst. Hauptfriedhof up to the ramp Kohlgartenstr. have to be overhauled. Due to the changes of the track positions a modification or partial new construction of the overhead line system is necessary. To this end, height profiles and track replacement options in the event of an accident with their switch arrangements and track crossings must be taken into account. Requirements due to the amended DIN EN 50119 and the technical supervisory authority must be observed. It is necessary to provide a verifiable static calculation of the mast locations, if necessary with cross-checking by a test structural engineer. A special feature of catenary and overhead line construction with clamped ground conditions must be taken into account, as mast foundations using bored pile methods have become established. The entire construction project must be carried out "under operation" (public transport and IV). This must also be taken into account in particular when constructing the bridge structures.
