Planning services for specialist trades Engineering structures and transport facilities: Lot 1: Object planning Engineering structures, structural design and object planning Transport facilities without BIM method (Building Information Modeling) The Principal shall transfer to the Contractor all or part of the planning services for engineering structures and transport facilities in fee zones I to V in accordance with HOAI 2013 for infrastructure projects within and outside Deutsche Bahn AG and its affiliated companies The contract is connected with a project and/or programme which is financed 100 % from outside funds.In principle, competition shall be ensured after conclusion of the framework agreements via Software Tool (selection of the most favourable bidders for the concrete application by means of an EDP solution).the Contractor shall comply with the Client's request for the conclusion of individual agreements to the extent that it is equipped to do so.
