Description
Collège Bois-de-Boulogne wishes to issue a call for tenders for the redevelopment of the support services in Pavillon Saint-Paul (S23-07).
The project involves redeveloping the peer support services and creating a space for the student community.
The project timeline is from January to early May 2024.
To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to Marie-Ève Lussier and received no later than: November 02, 2023, 10 a.m.
Choose one of the following methods of submission:
1- Paper (envelope)
Location A-134, 10 555 av. Bois-de-Boulogne, Montréal Québec, H4N 1L4
2- Electronically on the SEAO site
A MANDATORY information session is scheduled for October 12 at 2 p.m. at 10555 Bois-de-Boulogne Ave. in the lobby of Pavillon Saint-Paul, Montreal H4N 1L4.
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the price quoted in the bid. This bid security must be a bond issued in favor of the public organization by a financial institution.
This project is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Quebec and Ontario Agreement (QOVA)
The bidder must include with its bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a bond guarantee.
Tender documents can only be obtained via the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
The public body does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in response to the call for tenders.
