Description

The purpose of the service is to migrate (upgrade) or redevelop a CEA proprietary software, called ATOS, currently in operation at CEA/CESTA.
The ATOS software is currently used on the CEA/CESTA centre to manage certain purchase orders. It is planned to eventually extend its use to other CEA centres, in particular the CEA centre in Tours (Le Ripault centre, known as "LR"), while respecting the data partitioning specific to each centre. Version 7.0 has been in operation on a CESTA server since 2009. It was developed on version 4.0 of the W4 tool. Its architecture is based on a 3-tier model:- a web client executed from IE7;- an application server;- a SQL Server database.The objective of the service is to achieve:- either a migration of the ATOS software to recent versions of W4 and SQL-Server;- or a development of the ATOS software on another workflow tool and SQL-Server.Whatever the solution(s) chosen by the candidate tenderer, the service will include, in particular, the development of functional evolutions and the implementation of two database instances for CESTA and LR.
